Congratulations! You have decided to join the CQC Foundation.
In order to start the verification process to join the CQC Foundation, you need to submit the following documents and send it to us in a single consolidated email to firstname.lastname@example.org
1. Your resume/profile
2. A passport size picture (should not be a selfie/wearing glasses)
3. Valid CPR AED Certificate
4. Professional qualification certificate(s)
5. CPD (Continuing professional development) certificates
6. Certificate by Sector skills council or equivalent body
7. Industry wise references (2 required, please ask for template)
8. Client testimonials (2 requires, please ask for template)
9. Your social media pages (website if any)
10. Govt. issued ID Card
11. Schooling and graduation certificates
You also need to pay through your main training provider reference and submit the payment receipt along with the above mentioned documents.
Once we receive the documents, one of our verifiers shall be in touch and may ask additional proof/evidence. Once all due diligence is complete, you will receive your certificate via email. You will also be listed on the CQC Foundation website.
Usually, this entire process takes 10 – 14 working days.
